I found Perth city air through word of mouth/podcast land and from start to finish all the trades people and lovely admin ladies were prompt, professional and polite. I had called around for a few quotes for servicing of current units and installation and they got back to me so quickly with a fair price.The workmen arrived on time for both servicing and installation of a new split system, so I wasnt left waiting around. When they were servicing my air con units they were thoughtful not to walk around my house with wet boots.They were thorough in how they were going to install the new unit and how it would be suit the room and the positioning of the outdoor unit. They also showed me how to use the unit after too and left the place tidy.The admin ladies were prompt with replies and getting receipts sent out - you think this would be standard but I've had issues with other businesses before!Overall a great experience and I'm very happy with the service and my new air con unit. Thanks guys!

I would like to say thanks again to the team for all your incredible work with the installation of a ducted air con system. My house did not have aircon and this was something I had been wanting to do since I got my house given how hot summer has been. I am so glad that when I was able to do it, I went through Perth City Air Conditioning. Every step was so easy and stress free from the initial contact and quote to the installation. Everyone that I interacted with was awesome and they did an incredible job. The electricians were all awesome too. You can tell that they care about what they do. If you have an air con job in mind then I strongly recommend you use the services of Perth City Air Conditioning. You will not be disappointed.

What a fantastic company to deal with. Recently had a 25yo ducted system fully replaced in my apartment. Wasn’t a simple job, requiring a crane lift as well as replacement of pipe work through multiple ceiling spaces, but the experience was seamless from quote through to planning and installation. Professional team of people who know what they are doing and deliver as promised. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Perth City Air.

My first dealings with Perth City Air Conditioning, the job involved completely removing and replacing a 25 year old ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system in my quite complicated 2 storey home, I chose 3 reputable companies to quote the work required, after reviewing all 3 quotes I went with Perth City Air conditioning who from initial conversations I felt most confident with.That decision proved to be a very wise. As mentioned the job was a bit complicated.Gab, Mitch and Glenn all visited the property on several occasions to plan and advise me as to the very best options and pre planning for plant and materials required for a smooth transition from old to a fully installed new system.All the installers that attended my job are very courteous and professional, including the electricians who connected and commissioned the new system.I would recommend this company for anyone who requires any air-conditioning work to be done buy complete professionals.

I had my evaporating cooling system replaced with reverse cycle air conditioner about 2-3 years ago. Perth City Air Conditioning delivered an excellent service. Mark gave me realistic quotation and installation time and the team did a professional and clean job installing the system. We had an inquiry after it was installed and Mark attended my emails and send the engineering team over. Mark even responded over weekend. I do appreciate the engineering team (Kurt, Josh, Hamza) prompt response. I would highly recommend Perth City Air Conditioning.

I would like to thank Glenn and associates of Perth City Air for accommodating a smooth experience of choosing, ordering and the installation of a new reverse cycle ducted air conditioner system (Daikin 16kw) …. Glenn and team were very pleasant to deal with and nothing was an issue.I chose Perth City Air as past and present reviews were consistently positive, my phone calls and emails with Glenn were easy and reassuring and whilst the pricing wasn't necessarily the lowest it was still ball park with two other quotes. I also know from experience that it’s as much a priority to choose an honest aircon company you can talk with and be satisfied with to have back out for servicing or future maintenance and repairs …. not just trying to save a few $$ with an install up front.Glenn also facilitated a roofing insulation company to come in between the decommissioning of the old system and the installing of the new aircon system to facilitate the laying down of new ceiling insulation (whilst all the aircon ducting was removed it made for an easier and cleaner insulation install and avoiding risking damage to new aircon ducting too).Thanks again Glenn and team, I would highly recommend your business Perth City Air to the next person looking for aircon services (maintenance, repairs or installations).PS I have no affiliation with Perth City Air or Glenn. In fact it was the tenant of the building for the aircon install, the lovely vets at Maylands Vet, that chose Perth City Air to check out the old aircon system in the first instance. Finding that the old Daikin unit was 15-20+ years old, worn out from daily use and with outdated refrigerant and perished ducting, it all needed to be replaced. It was then that I called Perth City Air and two other aircon companies for quotes and chose Perth City Air for the reasons I’ve already mentioned above.The new air conditioner system is reportedly working well, extraordinarily quiet and so very effective compared to the old system.

I selected these guys to install my reverse air system based on their Google Reviews and they did not disappoint. Their communication was excellent and on the installation day they did exactly what they said they would with a great team of guys. The outcome has exceeded my expectation. The guys worked a long day because there was difficulty removing my old evap system from the roof which cost them time but they did not complain and just got on with it. Well done guys, you truly deserve a 5* from me, thank you!

Used Perth City Air for an Evaporative to Ducted Reverse Cycle install. From my initial engagement with Glenn via email through to the site visit, scheduling, and final install, the experience was seamless and professional. Glenn was extremely accomodating answering all my questions as they came up. Tamara in scheduling was equally as impressive, organising invoicing and scheduling with ease. I also have to praise the team that did the install on the day. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and explained the job in detail. Importantly, they finished ahead of time, cleaned up and performed an impressive handover upon completion. Team, keep up the great work.

Perth City Air recently replaced a reverse cycle split system for my father and did a fantastic job. From the office staff, to the guys who came to attend to one leaking unit and quote on the replacement of another, to the team who came to do the installation - they were all responsive, friendly and professional.The guys arrived on time and ready to work at the appointed times (no hours long “window” of waiting), provided great advice, were careful and thorough in a hundred year old cottage, and left the place spotless.Kurt and his apprentice, and Mitch and Chris were also all really patient and kind with Dad which was much appreciated.And of course the new air conditioner works a treat! Nice and quiet and providing much relief in the recent hot spell.I highly recommend the team at Perth City Air.

Great team of people. The owner Glenn always polite and quick to respond to questions. They managed to fit me in after a cancellation to change out the A/C. They also seemed more experienced and safety conscious than other contractors, advising on the most appropriate replacement A/C for my house. The team that did the installation arrived on time, always polite, and cleaned up afterwards. Glenn even came back to give me advice on how best to use the system. Their system includes annual reminders for services ( which previous contractor failed to do). Really could not fault these guys. Thank you Glenn, Mitch, Tamara and team.

I had a problem with companies getting back to me about quotes. Perth Air were the only ones after my second email to explain why they had not and followed through immediately with my quote. PERTH AIR got my business which was installing my new house with air conditioning. Marc had excellent communication when he visited my home and Tamara was emailing me with what I needed to know. A breath of fresh air. 11/10. In an industry with plenty of sharks the service we have received from PCA has been exceptional. Every step of replacing our 20 year old A/C from the initial assessment, advice, planning and installation was carried out with calm professionalism. Perth City Air have been fabulous from the initial quote process all the way to install and post implementation invoice management. I have been particularly impressed with the initial quote process where Tamara asked me all the right questions such as the room dimensions, the placement of external unit and some good advice on aesthetics. Once I was happy with the quote, a prompt install date was given and great communication on when installers would be on site. Installers turned up on time and their workmanship and due care of the install of external unit so not to impact any existing plumbing, wires, etc was very much appreciated. Definitely, would be using Perth City Air for my next install!

Very professional and efficient. I would strongly recommend this business to others considering an air conditioning install. Our job involved 5 new units. 4 were connected to a single multi-outdoor and 1 standalone split system.Update Feb 2024: we moved home and had trouble with the outdoor unit in the new place. Josh was excellent. He dropped by to assess the problem (refrigerant leak) and after we agreed to the quote, Josh and an apprentice (whose name I didn't catch) repaired the unit. It was a stinking hot day to be doing that work and again I was very impressed by the professionalism and service. I would recommend this business for installs AND repairs.

I had a great experience working with Perth City to have 3 air conditioning units installed in my rental. From requesting the quote, to scheduling the installation and then the work being carried out, it was all seamless. Their quote was very reasonable. They were able to squeeze me in earlier than expected which was only a week after I had received and accepted the quote. It was great for my tenants especially coming into summer.Perth City did a fantastic job on my air con units. Perth City Air installed a ducted reverse cycle system on our house in Bateman. We are incredibly happy with the service provided. The team arrived on time, they were polite, personable and informative. We were given a step by step run through the installation when they arrived on site and a run through the operation of the system before they left. Come the end of the day the only evidence that Perth City Air were on the property was the vents in the ceiling. They removed all rubbish and packaging from the property. Best of all one of the owners circled back a few days after the install to make sure we were happy with everything.

G'DayI don't normally write reviews, but I did find google review useful to select these guys from the pool of locals for my home air con solution.I was after a complete air conditioning solution for our upstairs area, which had an existing split system that I wanted relocated and reused downstairs.Mark came out after looking at my plan sketch, confirmed the specs required. His offer was thorough and competitive.He also provided HEPA filtration for allergy issues - which needed a bit of additional technical thought and correspondence, again no problem and proactive with solutions etc.Mark was very good to deal with. The install team were efficient, 14kw 5 zone, 7 outlet (with wall outlets) system installed before 3pm.Recent install went well, the guys used drop sheets to keep the mess contained and were tidy, cleaning up after themselves, which is important and seems to be lost on most trades of the modern era. I've had some shockers over the years with other trades.His electricians were very good to deal with as well.Given the labour market here in Perth, they are doing well with capable guys that actually care about the work quality and the little details that matter.I've had all sorts of trades through the house over the years and these guys run a good business.I was after a complete air conditioning solution and that's what they provided.I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.Cheers

Can't thank Norma and Glenn enough, they Serviced / Cleaned 3 units for us and did an excellent job, Norma went the extra mile helping us with a misplaced invoice. Glenn did a brilliant job, clean worker no mess or fuss, left our aircon units smelling fresh as a daisy. You can see in the photo's this was not an easy job either after neglect from bad tenants. Will definitely recommend them to all our friends and will use their services again. Would give an extra star for Norma, she is one in her own right.

They did a very tidy job, the vents and return are beautifully fitted. Unlike some tradies, they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation. We had a dakin split system installed October 2021, it has been used all summer in the multiple above 40 degree days and our house has never been so cool. Glenn and his team where fast and efficient, very professional and he gave us great knowledge on strategies to maximise the cooling eg location and size. My ducted aircon system stopped working during the peak of summer. I had another company come out and charge me a fixed fee of $200 to look at the unit and say it needed a $3000 service plus whatever issues they may find. Luckily I decided to get another opinion. Glenn came out and changed a capacitor and got the unit up and running again on the spot! Don't waste your time with others just call Perth City Air for a honest and professional service! Highly recommended - should be six stars . Best service I have ever experienced. I had a great experience with the Perth City Air Conditioning team.They were the most professional at the quoting stage. Glenn actually rang just before coming to my place to quote. He was also the only one to actually check the roof out of the 3 quotes I have received.Glenn and his team arrived on time on the day of installation. Got a few quotes for ducted air conditioning at my Mum's house and Mark came in with a sensibly sized and competitively priced quote. It was good to get the 3 options: Mitsubishi, Daikon and Panasonic. The job went smoothly and the boys left the house spotlessly clean and toasty warm. This is definitely a 5 star company that I would highly recommend.

Have no problems recommending these guys to anyone looking for new aircon. We had a new split installed in a downstairs living room, and a ducted evap system decommissioned, removed and replaced with ducted reverse cycle upstairs. Glenn gave us good, no BS advice on what the right solution was for our house. Finished work was neat and tidy, drop sheets used everywhere and my house left as clean as when they started. My first dealings with Perth City Air Conditioning, the job involved completely removing and replacing a 25 year old ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system in my quite complicated 2 storey home, I chose 3 reputable companies to quote the work required, after reviewing all 3 quotes I went with Perth City Air conditioning who from initial conversations I felt most confident with.That decision proved to be a very wise. I would like to thank Glenn and associates of Perth City Air for accommodating a smooth experience of choosing, ordering and the installation of a new reverse cycle ducted air conditioner system (Daikin 16kw) …. Perth City Air have been fabulous from the initial quote process all the way to install and post implementation invoice management. I have been particularly impressed with the initial quote process where Tamara asked me all the right questions such as the room dimensions, the placement of external unit and some good advice on aesthetics. Once I was happy with the quote, a prompt install date was given and great communication on when installers would be on site. Installers turned up on time and their workmanship and due care of the install of external unit so not to impact any existing plumbing, wires, etc was very much appreciated. Perth City Air installed a ducted reverse cycle system on our house in Bateman. We are incredibly happy with the service provided. The team arrived on time, they were polite, personable and informative. We were given a step by step run through the installation when they arrived on site and a run through the operation of the system before they left. Come the end of the day the only evidence that Perth City Air were on the property was the vents in the ceiling. They removed all rubbish and packaging from the property. Best of all one of the owners circled back a few days after the install to make sure we were happy with everything.

G'DayI don't normally write reviews, but I did find google review useful to select these guys from the pool of locals for my home air con solution.I was after a complete air conditioning solution for our upstairs area, which had an existing split system that I wanted relocated and reused downstairs.Mark came out after looking at my plan sketch, confirmed the specs required. His offer was thorough and competitive.He also provided HEPA filtration for allergy issues - which needed a bit of additional technical thought and correspondence, again no problem and proactive with solutions etc.Mark was very good to deal with. The install team were efficient, 14kw 5 zone, 7 outlet (with wall outlets) system installed before 3pm.Recent install went well, the guys used drop sheets to keep the mess contained and were tidy, cleaning up after themselves, which is important and seems to be lost on most trades of the modern era. I've had some shockers over the years with other trades.His electricians were very good to deal with as well.Given the labour market here in Perth, they are doing well with capable guys that actually care about the work quality and the little details that matter.I've had all sorts of trades through the house over the years and these guys run a good business.I was after a complete air conditioning solution and that's what they provided.I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.Cheers

My ducted aircon system stopped working during the peak of summer. I had another company come out and charge me a fixed fee of $200 to look at the unit and say it needed a $3000 service plus whatever issues they may find. Luckily I decided to get another opinion.
